SK Hynix shares surged 7.4% in premarket trading to $156.15 after the memory chipmaker reported record third-quarter 2026 results, with revenue exceeding KRW 100 trillion for the first time in a single quarter. Revenue reached KRW 104.62 trillion, while operating profit jumped 632% year-over-year to KRW 83.33 trillion, representing an operating margin of 80% and beating analyst expectations. The company also announced plans to return approximately KRW 100 trillion to shareholders through fiscal 2026, including at least KRW 30 trillion in cash dividends and at least KRW 60 trillion in share repurchases and cancellations, marking its largest shareholder-return commitment to date.

Vertiv Holdings surged 15.1% before the bell after the data-center power and cooling equipment provider reported third-quarter results that comfortably beat Wall Street expectations and raised its full-year outlook. Adjusted earnings came in at $2.21 per share, above the $1.82 consensus, while revenue jumped 61% year-over-year to $4.31 billion, topping forecasts of $3.75 billion. Organic orders more than doubled from a year earlier, easing concerns that delays in AI-related projects were holding back revenue growth. Vertiv raised its 2026 adjusted earnings forecast to $7.15 per share, compared with the previous consensus of $6.73, and projected revenue of $14.65 billion, above expectations of $13.99 billion. Its fourth-quarter outlook also exceeded analyst estimates.

Ultra Clean Holdings climbed 12% in premarket trading after the semiconductor equipment supplier reported record third-quarter results and issued an upbeat forecast for the current quarter. Adjusted earnings reached $1.15 per share, beating the $0.94 analyst consensus, while revenue rose nearly 49% year-over-year to a record $759 million, above estimates of $728.07 million. Profitability also improved, with non-GAAP gross margin expanding to 17.3% from 15.7% in the previous quarter and operating margin increasing to 9% from 7%. For the fourth quarter, the company forecast revenue of $800 million to $860 million, with the midpoint above the $813.9 million consensus, and adjusted earnings of $1.11 to $1.35 per share.

GE HealthCare Technologies jumped 5.4% before the open after the medical technology company reported better-than-expected third-quarter results and raised its full-year outlook. Adjusted earnings came in at $1.34 per share, ahead of the $1.20 analyst estimate, while revenue reached $5.5 billion, exceeding expectations of $5.35 billion. Revenue grew 7.2% overall and 6.2% organically. Net income margin expanded to 11.1% from 8.7% a year earlier, while adjusted EBIT margin rose to 16.6% from 14.8%, supported by volume growth, pricing and cost productivity. Free cash flow increased by $310 million year-over-year to $793 million.

F5 fell 6.6% in premarket trading after the application security and delivery company paired a fiscal fourth-quarter earnings beat with a 2027 outlook that disappointed investors. The company forecast revenue growth of 8% to 9% for the coming fiscal year, while projecting a non-GAAP gross margin of 80.5% to 82.5%, below the 84% reported in the latest quarter. The outlook raised concerns that higher component costs and increased investment in sales capacity could weigh on profitability, despite the latest earnings beat.

Enphase Energy plunged 15.8% after the solar technology company reported third-quarter earnings and revenue below expectations and issued a weaker-than-anticipated fourth-quarter forecast. Adjusted earnings came in at $0.41 per share, missing the $0.51 consensus, while revenue of $293.3 million fell short of estimates of $303.85 million and declined sharply from the year-earlier period. Enphase forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $225 million to $255 million, with the midpoint of $240 million well below analysts' expectations of around $300.5 million, pointing to further sequential weakness in sales.

SolarEdge Technologies fell 7.1% in premarket trading to $29.87, following the selloff in solar stocks triggered by Enphase Energy's disappointing results and weak revenue guidance. Enphase's earnings miss and forecast for fourth-quarter revenue well below Wall Street expectations heightened concerns about demand across the solar sector, dragging down peer stocks.

NXP Semiconductors dropped 8.5% before the bell as investors focused on the chipmaker's fourth-quarter outlook despite a stronger-than-expected third-quarter performance. Revenue rose 19% year-over-year to $3.79 billion, while adjusted earnings of $4.20 per share topped the $4.11 consensus. However, the company's fourth-quarter revenue forecast of $3.85 billion at the midpoint came in slightly below analyst expectations. Its projected adjusted operating income of $1.374 billion to $1.442 billion also fell short of the $1.44 billion FactSet consensus at the midpoint, raising concerns about a slowdown from the previous quarter's momentum.

Boston Scientific slid 3.6% in premarket trading to $43.42 after the medical device maker reported a third-quarter earnings miss and lowered its full-year forecast. Adjusted earnings came in at $0.73 per share, below the $0.75 consensus, while revenue of $5.14 billion edged past estimates of $5.12 billion and grew 1.5% year-over-year. The company forecast fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.77 to $0.79 per share, below the $0.83 analyst consensus, and cut its full-year 2026 adjusted earnings outlook to $3.16 to $3.18 per share from $3.28 to $3.32. Boston Scientific also expects fourth-quarter sales to decline 1% to 3% year-over-year, citing lingering disruption from an August cyberattack that affected manufacturing, order processing and global shipments.

VF Corporation fell 5.5% before the bell despite the apparel maker reporting better-than-expected fiscal second-quarter 2027 results. Adjusted earnings reached $0.70 per share, beating the $0.53 analyst consensus, while revenue of $2.7 billion topped estimates of $2.66 billion. Adjusted operating income of $364 million also exceeded the company's guidance of approximately $315 million. The decline came despite the earnings beat, as investors appeared to take profits after the stock had rallied sharply ahead of the results.
