The Dow was up 64 points, or 0.1%. The S&P 500 was down 0.2%. The Nasdaq was down 0.5%.

The top strategies were pure value, low volatility, and dividend stocks, while small-caps, growth, and momentum were lagging behind. With big earnings in the pipe, Wall Street may simply be taking profits in some riskier stocks that popped on Tuesday.
